fitness training
growing in spirituality is much like fitness training or distance running:
a) commitment - if you're not in it for the long haul, simple practice runs are a waste of time.
b) focus - the finish line is a clear goal, a definitive end. get there.
c) motivation - why run the race? what moves you? find out.
d) diet - balance. enough said.
e) support - friends are the best stabilizers.
critical as the the last leg of the race is, a first step must take place. decide to join. today.
