post-op recovery... i'm well underway to full health due mainly to prayers, countless visits & phone calls from friends & loved ones... reading & DVDs, simple diet, plenty of sleep, prayer & meditation... keys to healing... God IS enough!
at 180 lbs. and ready to conquer the local mall, it's gonna be a makeover all over again. dang!
