wow, this week's weird... a lot of us at work are falling asleep half the time... maybe it's the sudden change in weather... i dunno... but i'm definitely not at my peak, feeling lethargic... *sigh* ...plus i'm dealing with some recent stuff in my personal life... this may be a blog but i can't divulge details... *sigh* ...all i know is that i was almost in tears this morning, kinda tight in the chest, feeling disappointed... just plain weird... the only shallow solace i found today was some Booster Juice, and cheap sushi for lunch... *sigh* ...(this can be my infamous -sigh- blog)... anyways, i did try to escape that deep-in-the-gutter-i-feel-pathetic moment by looking at my list of a few manicure/pedicure shops around town... after work at 4:00 PM i went home, slept till 7:00 PM, woke up, ate some dinner with my parents, didn't converse much; just told them i was going out... and so i went... *sigh* ...to The Shoe Company to buy the shoes i want, plus a comfy Foamtread shoe (all for a comfy price of $63.00; got 15% off my most pricey shoe coz they couldn't find a pair for some sandals i wanted)... then i went straight to West Edmonton Mall to check out the Aveda shop for their (cheap! $50 only)manicure/pedicure combo... but *sigh* alas! their person is on vaca... till July! and so the kind salesperson told me of a few places in Whyte Ave... took a few minutes to check out the best one i could find ...so voila! i will go there on Thursday... i'll be off work the whole day... then fly out at night with my family... 'will be back to work on Monday... *sigh* ...what else can i say...
