i'm in Vancouver now... we ran into our buddy Andrew in the airport... and i felt the seeping humidity Vancouver is known for crawl under my skin... it may take the dryness off my hair but the moisture will flatten it too... either way i lose, eh? *whine* ...then, rushed to the rehearsal at church, was assigned the First Reading, and coolly assisted by my partner-in-crime Cedric (man, he is tall, that kid!) in walking the aisle... saw some old friends, and was amazed at how we have maintained our closeness after all this time... *sigh* ...just got back from fitting my bridesmaid dress... *ugh* ...it needs, like, 'adjustments'... and earlier tonight we went out to Richmond Sushi for dinner (ya, good idea!) good food, though! ...especially the oysters, mango pudding (Japanese style -no milk, ate Rose!), sonomono, miso soup, teriyaki chicken, octopus, salmon belly, *stomach cramp* ...and of course, the sushi... that place knows SFC so well, we feel right at home (kudos to Danny, the manager) ...but ya, i may shop around tomorrow for a girdle, and hopefully i find one to just keep that flab from popping out of my dress(!) ...and thanks to Ritchie for driving us all the way to the seamstress! he's such a darling! plus i found out he is really in touch with his feminine side! *wow* ...he knows how to shave legs properly and how to do your nails beautiful... he even redesigned the interior of his Honda... plus he likes his clothes to match with the rest of his attire... he sings along with OPM hits and retro 80s songs, while driving alone... but he won't do your hair, buddy! he's not that kind of 'sensitive' guy... but to know more about my other 'baby brother' check out his blog: http://www.macapinlac.com ...he's revamped his site a few times but this one's a bit closer to defining who he is, in my humble opinion... there is a blog before this that i forgot to upload before leaving E-Town, so i'll post it up on Monday, and hopefully the events speak for themselves... this is quite a long blog... *whew* well, it will become longer once i add more stories...
